The continuous laminating process is an efficient method of converting unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber reinforcement into a cured laminate form. MACHINE SPECIFICATION
1. For the continuous production of flat and corrugated GRP sheeting
2. Project width of sheet when flat 1550mm maximum (5 feet)
3. Maximum depth of profile: 130 mm (5 inches)
4. Speed of production: up to 6 meters per minute (20 feet) at 1 mm thickness, faster machine speed can be achieved by increasing the oven length
5. Normal weight of sheet: 1500gm/m2(50z/ft2)
6. Thickness range: flat sheet 0.4mm-4.0mma, corrugated sheet 0.4mm-4.0mm
7. Glass content: 20%-40%
8. Power requirements: 20 KW maximum, 130 KW if electric heat exchanger used.

SONGHE is able to design machines for the production of high quality flat sheeting in addition to corrugated sheeting. Options as follow:

1. Gel coat facility.
2. Roving cutter for chopping roving on line.
3. Guillotine for cutting sheet.
4. Dust free cutter sing side trimming
5. Side tensioning device using side pullers or a stenter unit
6. Film rewinding facility.
